Owner Comments:

The Generation 3 holder was only used for a very brief time in 1991, I have read some estimates of less than 2000 coins were placed into this generation of holder. The only real change from a gen 2 holder is the elimination of the letters from the certification numbering system, only numbers were used. The rest of the holder and reverse label is the same as a gen 2 holder.
