Owner Comments:

From my collection, this is a nice coin although as is typical of this generation over graded a bit. This generation was used from 2002 to 2007, this also signaled another change in ownership of PCI, now the third owner since inception. The border was change from the green lacy look to a solid gold (red for details coins) as is was for previous generations.
