From my collection. I have labeled this as gen A, sometime around 1986 ACG changed from the early photo certificate style holder to a small holder without the photo. I know this is not the first non photo style holder that ACG used, but I am not sure where this one falls in the generation order. So, until I find a better reference on the ACG generations I will list this as gen A.
