Owner Comments:

This generation is identified by PCGS in the museum of holders as generation 3. A few things have changed from gen 3.5, the first is moving the PCGS logo imbedded into the plastic from the rim of the holder outer ring to the bottom right of the field of the holder. This holder is now a two-part holder PCGS did away with the rattler holder surrounded by an outer ring. This holder was used for many years from Jan 1990 to Feb 1993 according to the PCGS museum of holders, Conder dates this generation in use until 1995.
