Lyman Allen #4.14 (KM #164) - Mintage: 1,000,000
This coin is very well struck for a Manila mint issue. The stars and stripes of the shield are crisp & bold and the entire reverse is virtually mark free. The obverse is equally well struck with full detail in the hair and facial features. The fingers on the right hand are also very well defined. There are very few marks on the figure's knee and ankle, but light discoloration appears on both sides. This coin was obviously struck from a fresh pair of dies..
