Very to extremely rare.
Now NGC MS65 after conservation, previously PCGS SP64. Upgraded a point as I predicted.
The circulation pieces were struck in copper.
This is a nice companion piece to the 1887 2 centimes that I have in copper-nickel, and cousins to the 1888 1 and 2 centimes I have in copper-nickel as well.
