(retrograde): IOhΛnΛ x | x DЄI: GRΛ: BRΛB: DVCЄS (saltire and double saltire stops), half-length figure of St. Peter facing with a key in his left hand and a book in his right above quartered arms of Limburg, Brabant, and Luxembourg; all within a tressure of arches with lis on the cusps and trefoils in the spandrels / + XPC: VIИCIT: XPC: RЄGИΛT: XPC: IMPЄRΛT, cross fleurée with rosette in center. Only one graded higher at PCGS or NGC, and 5 others in this grade MS63 at NGC.
