Produced Feb 2006, likely for only a day or few. This is the 1st style label of the "new" blue holder. Note lack of web address on back & position of front logo. So for I've cataloged only 362 from auction sales & other sources from 2006-date & only 63 of them have showed up for sale from 2015 - date. 20 of those were from two "hoards" that came on the market: 11 holders in late 2019 and 9 holders in Dec 2022. This holder is fragile and easily broke, also with worry at the time that ANACS' standards had decreased many were likely broken out and sent for re-slabbing with PCGS & NGC. Rarity~ Very Scarce to Rare (Updated 4/8/24)
