ANACS Photo cert Type 3.1
Certificate issued Mar 1981. The front is same as Type 3 certs but the rear no longer has the stamped/printed message but has the same glued label as the Type 4 certificate though it does not fold over like T4.
NOTE: This cert does not belong to me. Photo showed as the only example I've seen.
