Produced in 1991. Holder is identical to gen 2 with same font but the cert # uses all numbers instead of letters & numbers. No one seems to know anything about this holder. I've cataloged 103 from 2015-Date. All but 7 are numbered from 300005-301811 with 250228, 250230, 250231, 250244, 250247, 251756 & 251935 being outside the range. Likely around 2000 were slabbed with this label either before ANACS switched to the barcode label, or possibly these were a short run made during the "new" barcode label. Based on the estimated number of coins graded monthly at that time this label was likely only used for days....Rarity~ Scarce (Updated 3/5/24)
