This #2 rank coin was won in auction on eBay. I had chances over the past 15 years to obtain the higher grade, mostly 10 years ago at a decent price, but lately a single listing is hard to find in auction or buy nows even unless for a premium price around $300. To say the least, NGC's PG's are wacko low.
