Coin rotation -- reverse well centered
Letters incuse around Condor (REPUB..CA ... CH)
On the reverse REPUBLICA slightly doubled. EP too close. C in CHILE too low. So slightly doubled.

NGC MS-62 -- original surfaces around the laurel wreath.
