Issued Jan/Feb 1983 - Feb 1984. This cert features a revised front and rear label.
Note: There may be a crossover period which both T5 & T6 were produced for some reason. Possibly some T5 cert labels were leftover or found and used along with the T6. T5 certs dated as late as Feb 2 1984 are known to me & a T6 dated Oct 4 1983 is said to exist however I’ve seen none before Feb 13 1984.I am making the assumption that any assumed to overlap may have been transfer certs until I see one myself.
