Obverse: A naval officer standing against a cannon WORTHY THE FLEET OR THE SENATE ADMIRAL GARDNER in two lines
Reverse: A fox holding a pole while standing on three blocks. The blocks inscribed 'CORESPONG | SOCIETY', 'RIGHTS | OF MAN', and 'WHIG | CLUB'. Alongside a crown radiated over a sword and scepter upon monument inscribed 'BILL | OF | RIGHTS' and 'MAG. | CHA.'. On the other side a clergyman leaning upon a block inscribed 'SEDITION'. On a label from the foxes mouth 'NO MAJESTY BUT THAT | OF THE PEOPLE', on a label from the clergyman's mouth 'THIS IS YOUR ONLY | PROP'.
