White bright lustrous beautiful coin with well struck devices... Hard to explain why PCGS graded it at MS63 level!?. This coin definitely deserves to be re-graded!
NOTE: This coin might be a PROOF coin, since the PCGS number 408807 refers to PCGS-certified PROOF LATS coins. That needs to be investigated...
