Crowned and garnished coat-of-arms upon two other garnished coats-of-arms; around, border of 12 coats-of-arms and cartouche with SEDE/VACAN/TE strung together / S. Liborius, holding crozier, and Charlemagne, holding reversed sword, standing facing, holding cathedral model between; around, border of 12 coats-of-arms strung together. Schwede 278; Zepernick 243.
