Owner Comments:

Uncirculated proclamation medal for Emperor Agustin. This is (as all Agustine's) a rare issue. It is rarer issue than the silver one and at the time of purchase (March 2017) is NGC Top Pop. The feathers on the eagle's chest are perfectly delineated with clearly legible legends. Very beautiful.
