2013 First Release no others graded higher in MS for 2013. I don't know how to explain it but when I saw it I knew i had to have it. I love Canada's Coat of Arms and I think this con does a wonderful job of displayying it.I find it hard to believe t is a MS 67 when to me it looks as good as any Proof coin
