Sede vacante taler issued to commemorate the death of the Prince-Bishop Ernest Augustus, Elector of Brunswick-Lüneburg. The reverse features a chronogram , which is is an inscription in which specific letters are interpreted as numerals to represent a particular date when rearranged. Classified as DAV-5674; Zepernick 233. Low reported mintage of 1,381 pieces. -
