Issued by the bishopric of Lübeck (Schleswig-Holstein). Classified as DAV-2410 / Zepernick 156 / Behrens 836. Features the Holy Roman Emperor Charles VI on the obverse and the crest of the cathedral chapter on the reverse. This type was issued on the death of Charles August I and prior to the elevation of Adolf Friedrich (1727-50). Charles Augustus of Holstein-Gottorp (26 November 1706 – 31 May 1727), was engaged to marry the future Elizabeth of Russia, but died before the wedding. Only piece graded by both NGC and PCGS.
