Betts-620 Bronze. The obverse features a bust of Benjamin Franklin and is translated Benjamin Franklin, born at Boston Jan. 17, 1706. The reverse is translated He snatched to thunderbolts from heaven and the scepter from tyrants, which it has been suggested is from The Astronomicon of Manilius.
