Philadelphia, PA The Fourth Street NB Ch. # (E)3557 PMG 25 $10 1902 Red Seal Fr. 615 SN 9373/R539517 pp B/86 dtd. Sept. 2, 1906. An attractive and problem-free Red Seal from this Philadelphia bank, with excellent colors and sharp pen signatures of R.J. Clark, Cashier and R. (Richard) H. (Holt) Rushton, President. Rushton signed as Cashier on Brown Backs and served as VP before taking the reins as President of this institution. This note is a new addition to the census (2020) for this large-only issuer that is primarily known for a sizable hoard of Brown Backs.
