Owner's Description

This $100 Confederate note shows two slaves working the cotton fields in the center. On the right side of the note is a standing woman in flowing robes (Columbia). On the left side of the note is a picture of John C. Calhoun. This note was printed with black and red ink on plain and watermarked paper. This note has various handwritten dates.
