Owner's Description
Montgomery, PA The First NB Ch. # (E)5574 PMG 12 $10 1882 BB Fr. 490 SN 2550/V329467V pp B May 26, 1900. A circulated but intact $10 Brown Back from this Lycoming County bank that is one of only two examples of this type in the census (the other being a serial number 1 note). Despite its amount of wear, this note displays good color and legible pen signatures of J.C. Fowler, Cashier and Hervey Smith, President. From the Carl Agostini collection.
