Utica, NY The Utica City NB Ch. # (E)1308 Fr. 616 $10 1902 DB PMG 12 SN 28798/E542567A pp D/192. Utica was home to paper money pioneer William Donlon. Beautiful penned signatures of M. (Melville) C. Brown, Cashier and C (Chas.) S. Symonds, President. I have a VF30 $20 DB with the same bank officer's signatures.
