Owner's Description

192 of this h series signed by the Tehee/Burke duo. PMG has graded 276 of these notes thrown out the window during a fire at the treasury in December 1915.The grade was a VERY pleasant surprise though. I thought it was a 20 but it could have graded as low as a 15 NET so a 25 with no comments was nice! I just received freshly graded on 2/17/2017. Note it's one hundredth anniversary is in 3 days. Pretty cool. Pleasantly surprised about the nice bright stamp!!! Along with a note you can tell has been circulated with care. Now, I am a big fan of this note!
