Owner's Description

PF-24 CR-192, Rarity 11-, Choice Uncirculated. Very hard to find in this condition as Choice. Beautiful note with Watermarked "CSA" block letters. This is a Coarse Lace note and fully framed. Only 5 known better out of 485 PMG registered notes.
