Owner's Description

This note is printed on fiber paper without any sheet position indicators has a green back and surcharges of A-2-6-5 and thus is scarce. Only 78 have been graded by PMG. A Large margin on the bottom and right on the front with good margins on the back. This note is a 63 EPQ which is one of the higher end notes.
