TWO DOLLARS DISTRICT SET WITH STARS
UPDATED ON MARCH 5 & 13, 2021 - The next set of notes to be added to this set are the 2017A series Fr #1941 - A, C, D, F, H, I, J and L Two Dollars notes. This will complete the existing District sets.
UPDATED ON FEBRUARY 3 and 22, 2020 - The new 2017A series came back from grading and will be added to the set after scoring is completed for C/* star and G/A blocks, they will be the "FIRST" of three graded by PMG. Also the B/A and K/A blocks came back from PMG and graded as 66E thru 68E and will be added after the scoring is completed for both.
UPDATED ON JANUARY 15, 23 and 29, 2020 - BEP just added the new 2017A series notes all are printed at the Fort Worth location. The new series cover the following blocks A1, B2, C3, C3/*, D4, E5, G7, H8, I9, J10 and K11 notes. The new 2017A series were sent in for grading they are a C/* stars and G/A block. The 2017A series were added to all the sets. The new 2017A series C/* star and G/A are in PMG for grading.
UPDATED ON MAY 10 and JUNE 29, 2019 - This set need only two notes need to complete this set 2003A Fr #1938-L* star and 2009 Fr #1939-L. Both will go in PMG for grading. Both came back PMG and were added to competed this set as a 100%.
This set contain a total of 90 notes slots within this set, that is 97% complete with a total of 88 notes. The sheet notes from 2003 need to be added to this set, they are B/A, F/A, G/A and K/A blocks.
The following 2013 two dollars notes have been printed and added to the set. The following notes were graded a Fr 1940-B* as a 66E and the Fr #1940-L* as a 68E star.
The following notes were graded the Fr #1940-G, H and J all were added to the set. They are all the first one graded for 2013 series two dollars notes set. The following notes were added a FR #1940-A, C, D they are out of PMG. The 2013 Fr #1940-I block note will be added and is on it's way to PMG for grading.
The last two notes needed to complete this set are the 2003A Fr #1938-L* only 384,000 were printed and the 2009 Fr #1939-L* only 128,000 were printed an both are "RARE" notes for this set. As of August 2018 none have been graded and are not listed in PMG population report.
The PMG Registry on October 25, 2017 rework all of the scoring that reduce the 2003 Two Dollars notes, this was to update the scoring for the sheet and other notes. The net loss for this set is 8,788 points and with a net lost of 16,789 points for all sets. A second reworking of scoring was on November 29, 2017 that reworked the 1995 Fr #1936 that remove a total of 1,257 points, for the notes marked as "NET" that is only 50% of the PMG-64 score, see the history.
