Set Description: This is a rare Millennium Star Note Set with Matching Serial Numbers. A limit of 2,000 sets with matching serial numbers were produced by the BEP to celebrate the Millennium, Year 2000. For Series 1995 no more than 9,999 notes were produced with the exception of Atlanta. The Premium Sets were known for suffering from "Thinning" and Discoloration due to "cutting oil"
