Set Name: Swiss Shooting Medals (Beautiful Women) Set

Set Description: When most people think of Swiss Schutzenfest Medals they expect to see serious looking men with beards and rifles eager for competition. However many Shooting medals, especially those designed by Holy Freres and Hans Frei, feature beautiful Swiss women wearing traditional Swiss costumes and hats. The intricate engraving and high relief possible on these medals make these tiny works of art. I feel like I have an entire collection of Mona Lisa's!

Please note that without Rod Moore (Senior) and Rod Moore (Junior) this set would have never been possible. Their honesty, knowledge and enthusiasm for Schutzenfest medals inspired me and they were the previous owners of many of these medals. For this reason this set is dedicated to the Moore Family.

And of course to beautiful women everywhere!
