Medal (Token), 1962, CU-NI, GREAT NORTHERN RAILROAD, MT., United States, Montana, Good For $1.00 Copper and Nickel Token, Graded as Uncirculated Details, Cleaning, however copper nickel tokens frequently exhibit uneven or mottled toning. Nevertheless, an Attractive Looking, Silver Toned Specimen. Obv. Mountain Scene, Cows in front grazing, train in center, At Malta, Phillips County, Montana in 3 line inscription above mountain scene, legend around edge: 75th Anniversary of the Great Northern Railroad, dates below, 1887 - 1962; Rv. Good For $1.00 in Trade, at any cooperative business or redeemable at face value at Malta Chamber of Commerce until Dec. 31, 1962.
