Medal, 1830, AE, INDEPENDENCE MEMORIAL, Belgium, NGC MS63BN, Cert# 3175492-010. A pyramid topped by a veil covered with a funeral urn. The monument bears, besides the symbol of immortality ', the following quatrain Jenneval: SLEEPING IN THIS TOMB, COVERED BY THE VICTORY NOBLE ATTRIBUTES OF IMMORTALITY? JUST PEOPLE, WHOSE WORD SAYS THE STORY: DIED FOR FREEDOM. To the right of the pyramid, a weeping willow, left, a palm and a sword in saltire. In the epigraph: WHO WILL LIVE FREE AND WHO DIES L IS ALREADY BE. Below: Veyrat F. Reverse, A star between two branches of oak and olive, in the field.
