Medal, 1890, AR, FEDERAL SHOOT THURGAU FRAUENFELD, Switzerland. NGC MS62, Cert# 3479092-012. Medallist: Hugues Bovy. Variety R-1250b, 45 mm, Thurgau - Frauenfeld. Obv. City Arms. Rv. Helvetia Welcomes Thurgau to the Confederation, 1803, Heil Dir Helvetia. DK.228, JM.666. Mintage, 5,760 Struck. Proof like mirrors and peripheral rainbow toning, especially on reverse, all in very high relief. Cf.
