Owner's Description

A beautiful specimen with bright greenish gold toning and strong luster. A few small patina spots are noted, but none appears active in the least. Graded by NGC two points higher than the example in the Ford Collection, which brought $352.50 in Stacks Bowers September 2013 sale. This is one of two examples of this medal type listed in the NGC census as of 12/2018, with the other example being graded VF 40.
