Center inner cicle, Sunrise with Rays, landscape scene below sun, trees, rocks, ocean, Pacific Coast Numismatic Society around, Org. San Francisco, 1915; in outermost circle states listed with stars separating each state, Oregon, California, Washington, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Montana, Idaho. Attractive.
