Owner's Description

1962 Confederate Half Dollar by August C. Frank & Co. of Philadelphia restrike. Fearing continued review by the Federal Gov't planned full production by Bashlow & Frank never acccured. Most likely only a sample production run was stuck with all 3 types now being either Scarce or Rare.
