Historic Building, St. Albans, Vermont, Trees; Rv. 150th Anniversary St. Albans Vermont in 4 line inscription, 1788 1938 middle to bottom circle with City of St. Albans, State of Vermont, and smaller circle, inside "Organized 1887". Bottom, microscopic Whitehead and Hoag (makers of many of the So Called Dollar series). Attractive Gem.
