Owner's Description

This coin has a decent and satiny luster and nice golden rims. I decided to buy MS66 because the lower grades have a "bagmarks problem" and are lightly struck. Hence, to find one that is nice and sharp in a lower grades is pretty difficult and it commands a premium over the other coins from the same grade. <br />The large quantities of this coin were released to the public in 1960's from the Treasury vaults. Before then, they had been considered as rarities.<br />The circulation mintage was over 13,3 Million coins. I acquired this coin on 05/10/2006. The NGC population for this coin is 1 of 337 with only 11 graded higher as of 2/2007.
