Owner's Description

A new reverse hub was introduced in that year, hence some coins may be a full strike but not have full eagle breast feathers. This coin is pretty lustrous and frosty. The circulation mintage was over 8,8 Million coins. MS66 Population 1 of 409 with only 27 coins graded higher by NGC as of 2/2007. <br />I acquired this coin on 04/18/2006.
