Owner's Description

This was the toughest coin in XF45 grade to find for me so far. I've been looking for it for about 5 month. However, now I have it :). The circulation mintage was only 400,000 coins. Population 1 of 69 with 731 graded higher by NGC as of 2/2007. There are only 945 coins graded by NGC for this year.<br />I acquired this coin on 3/12/2006.
