Owner's Description

ULTRA CAMEO, GREAT COIN. With such a limited original mintage (15,200 business strikes and 1,100 proofs), it is little wonder that the Philadelphia mint used only two sets of dies for the 1882 Seated Liberty Quarter. A glorious Superb Gem, the surfaces present as completely brilliant, with a deep reflectivity in the mirrored surfaces against the heavy frosted devices.
