Owner's Description

With a 68 year history the first quarter eagles of the 20th Century had the longest run without a design change of any US coin till recently surpassed by the Roosevelt Dime. This AU58 example from 1906 is a very attractive example with impressive surfaces and nearly no detectable wear.
