Owner's Description

The Classic Head Quarter Eagle, minted from 1834-1839, had an entire mintage for the series of only 968,228 coins, less than half the mintage of the like Half Eagles, both often referred to as yellow jackets. This AU55+ With CAC approval makes a great example of the type exhibiting a nice strike, nice color, and hints of remaining original mint luster.
