1899-O GSA SOFT PACK MS 63 NGC

Pleasing brilliant uncirculated coin from the New Orleans mint. Surpassed by just a single finer example in a GSA soft pack in the NGC census. Somewhat subdued luster is noted on both sides, which show light golden toning with some scattered marks that account for the grade.
