1899 GSA SOFT PACK F 12 NGC

This is the only example of this Philadelphia issue certified by NGC in a GSA soft pack. Well-circulated, the surfaces are toned to a darker gray, especially on the high points. The coin is free of distracting marks except for some rim nicks that were acquired during the time this coin spent in circulation.
