1862 PCGS PR66
About 15 graded PR66 including 5 cameo as of 2016. This is the only year between 1858 and 1891 for which no proof dimes have been graded higher than PR66 primarily due to myriad striations from planchet polishing which are typical for this date. The striations are different from coin to coin.
