Owner's Description

This is the only Washington Carver d-mint to grade 67 at any service ever. Ten times rarer than a Alabama in 67 yet 1/3 the points. Unfortunately NGC `s points system is grossly flawed...oh well. Anyway this coin is as perfect as the grade suggests and is above all others with golden toning placed on smooth surfaces it really is a 68 but they arent ready for that yet
