Owner's Description

Lyman Allen #4.13 (KM #175) - Mintage: 1,200,000

This coin is a really nice well struck specimen for this date. The devices are nearly blemish free and there are no noticeable marks in the fields, so I'm not sure why it only received a grade of MS62.
