Owner's Description

With a mintage of 5 628 it seems odd that there is still not a PF70 graded. I have sent several specimens to NCS and NGC but am yet to find the prefect coin for this year.

A number of peace symbols have been used many ways in various cultures and contexts. The dove and olive branch (obverse) was used symbolically by early Christians and then eventually became a secular peace symbol, popularized by Pablo Picasso after World War 2.
